What do you use overnight?

DS currently wears BG xs. When I went to change him yesterday, I realized I had used my last diaper and forgot to get the others out of the dryer. I grabbed a disposable from my nearby diaper bag (Earth's Best newborn). It was nap time, and he slept for a nice long stretch. I started to think it might be the diaper. So I used another sposie after his 1 AM feeding, and he slept another great stretch. It could be coincidence, but maybe he feels his dirty diaper more in cloth? What do you use overnight? Thanks!
