Diaper rash and CD options

Hi all!

DD has been having frequent poos since introducing solids with BLW a few weeks ago. Twice, she's developed a bad diaper rash. I love CDing and hate using disposables every time we have to slather on the diaper rash cream (we typically use Butt Paste or Desitin). Any tips on the best creams to use with CDs, or advice on using liners? Also, any ideas on what might be causing the rash (it doesn't seem like she's teething, and I've read that sometimes diets heavy in fruits can cause diaper rash ...) are appreciated! TIA!
