feeling kind of bummed-not sure why

I was reading the blog of the only person I know IRL who CDs and she posted a picture of her son picking out disposable diapers (it had to do with her post-something about the craziness of rite aid)  I am so bummed.  I want to ask her about it but I don't want to make her feel uncomfortable-she is my sister's friend. 

She didn't seem to have too much of a knowledge about them (though she certainly could-super smart and is very involved in the blogging world).  Both times I saw her at my parent's house when I went home to visit her son had disposables but I just figured it was a travel thing.

Bummer.
