Side Sleeper - leaks!

DD started sleeping on her side at night.  Since then, she has leaked almost every night.  I feel we have enough absorbancy (either 1-2 microfiber and 1 hemp) but, for some reason they always seem to leak when she's on her side.

We use varying brands at night (FB, HH, Kawaii) and the issue doesn't seem to be diaper specific.  And the leg elastic seems to be on tight enough - and I feel if they are any tighter it will be too tight.

We don't have leaking issues if she sleeps on her back.

Suggestions??
