F/U (to f/u) about CB order

I got this response yesterday afternoon:

 I'm so sorry for the delay, we were closed on Monday, so we had all of the weekends orders plus the newer ones, so we were just a little backed up. We normally do ship next business day though.

IDK. I realized after I placed the order that it was a holiday on Monday and I did order economy which I understand is the "last to be filled", but I just find it odd that they would have SO many huge expedited orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday that it would take them 4 days to fill those and then start working on the economy orders from Sat/Sun. By her explanation, they would still be backed up from the economy orders placed on Tues-Fri.  I can't help but think that mine just got overlooked and I'm getting the brush-off rather than a straight-forward answer.  IDK.  I'm not there in their office so I can't say for sure - that's just what it feels like.
