Homemade Wipes Question

I bought some flannel today to make my own wipes, but I also got some Minky to put on the reverse of the flannel. It's not the kind with the little raised dots, but it is soft like that fabric. Do you think this is a bad idea and I should just double side them with flannel? Is the Minky going to be too linty?
