Does this sound like a growth spurt?

Suddenly, DD is CONSTANTLY hungry, sleeping much less than usual because all she wants to do is eat. But I'm having trouble getting her to stay latched on for more than 7 minutes, about half her norm. We just saw the pediatrician Thursday, and her weight gain was good. It's unlikely that my supply suddenly tanked, right? Probably a growth spurt?
