I would like to make an inquiry as to the processing
and shipping time for my recent order. I was curious as to why it took
a week to ship. There was no indication when I placed my order that
there would be a delay in shipping due to out of stock items. Any

So I sent a reply back:
Thank you for the reply, D. I did receive the shipping notice last
night which led to my inquiry this morning. Many other cloth diapering
moms I interact with have placed orders with Cotton Babies and have had
quick service so I was confused and frankly, disappointed, that my
order took so long to ship, especially as I paid with Pay Pal and the
money was taken out of my checking account immediately upon placing the
order. I am curious as to why such a small order took the entire week
to process and fill. If you could assist me with that specific
question, I would be grateful.
If this is what CS is like, I won't be ordering again.
