Everything I've tried on my 2 week old leaks. What to do?

So far, we've tried a prefold in a Thirsties cover and a Prowrap cover...those were the worst ones.  A KL0 in a Thirsties and Prowrap cover, and BG AIO...and a fitted that I made, with a Thirsties cover.  The fitted I made survived a small pee with no poop, and the BG AIO survived a small poop with no pee.  Other than that, everything has leaked in less than 2 hours.  

Am I not putting them on tight enough or do I just have a crazy heavy wetter?  Everything I read on this board makes it seem so easy to CD, but how do you keep from having to change clothes every time you change a diaper??!!
