Ammonia - Help!

Hi all,

Our GMs that we use at night are reeking horribly of ammonia in the morning all of a sudden. I've tried to do multiple hot washes (without detergent) to rid them of this smell. It seemed good for a few cycles and now its back. Is this a detergent issue - not enough? Too much?
