I have 4 yards of Galactic fabric. I want to use some of it to have a pair of Shortalls made for DS for this summer. Any recommendations on who I should use?

ETA --> I should clarify that I want the fabric to be part of but not all of the set. So I need someone with actual talent to help me figure out what I want!
