soooo tired and pregnant

Anyone have any ideas? I go to sleep after FI goes to work at 10:30pm. Usually around 11pm. I wake up every hour! I roll over and it is an hour later. I am already taking  Benadryl. The ob has me on this. FI gets DD ready for the day, changing her diaper, give her vit, get her dressed etc.He goes back to bed till 1pm. Then I go down stairs, she ends up watching tv. I hate it, because I do not want her watching so much tv. But, I am so tired. I also have fibromaljia and my mom is in the hospital. She might have early Alttimezer ( she is 62 and had a massive stroke in 2005).
