which side to sleep on??

hello everyone!! hope everyone's pregnancies are going well!! i just had a quick question i have read a million things to see if sleeping on your right side is a really bad thing.. i sleep mostly on my left side but i find myself waking up to change sides alot...i put my big bodypillow under me to keep me from moving but it doesnt always work.. any suggestions or is it ok that i go from side to side. Thanks!!
