My fiance passed away when I was 18 weeks pregnant

Less than two weeks ago my finace passed away suddenly. I found him in bed. He just fell asleep and never woke up. I was about 18 weeks at that time. We were getting married in April of this year. I am so scared to have to raise our baby by myself. We were both so excited and I just keep thinking how we were suposed to do this together. I was just wondering if anyone has been in a similiar situation and how or if the got through it.
