Let's discuss Teen Mom 2

I was watching the "aftershow" for the latest episode, where Chelsea is talking about how her dad hates her boyfriend. She says something about how her father just wants her to be "treated amazing." The host then asks her, "Well, what about you, don't you want to be treated amazing too?"

She replies, "Well, that would be nice. But I want my family to be together, so I'm willing to be treated a little less than amazing to do that."

It really just broke my heart for her. I know it sounds so silly to find inspiration from Teen Mom, but for some reason that really hit home with me. All this time I've been thinking, over and over again, that maybe I should just MAKE it work with H, pretend to be happy,  he's not that bad, etc etc etc. 

Now I kind of realize how sad and pathetic that sounds.
