Baby shower help!

Hey ladies, I figured i'd ask over here about a baby shower I am throwing my BFF. I didn't even know this board existed! I thought this would be a cute idea for the guests to fill out at her shower as they come in and wait for people to arrive. I made 2 different ones cause not everyone coming has kids. Should I just do one and let those with kids fill it out? Or create both so no one feels left out?
