General Question to the BF ladies

So, I see a good portion on here give a lot of specifics and/or post pics w the kids/skids.  Do you ever have any concern that what you post is read by the SM/BM/other immediate family members? 

I guess I try to be 'vague' on here as it wouldn't be difficult for BM to realize who I was.  I do understand asking questions and that everyone has their own specific details/circumstances, but I was just curious.
