Interesting Parenting Book

I'm just finishing up NurtureShock by Po Bronson and Ashley Merryman, and it is really interesting.  The authors wrote an article about the effect of praise on children for the NY Times and the book expands on that plus several other topics like why children lie, the effect of too little sleep, rebellious teens and aptitude testing.  I like that they discuss research studies, but in a journalistic way so it isn't boring and dry.

Just thought I would pass along the recommendation!
