Ultrasound this morning

I had my ultrasound this morning.  The baby is right where it is suppose to be and not in my tube.  I do still have a cyst on my right ovary causing all the pain.  We saw the yolk sac and what the tech said looked like the start of the fetal pole.  Unfortunately we were unable to see the heartbeat.  She said thought she saw a small flicker but couldn't measure it.  She said the heartbeat should be there in a few days.  I am measuring at 5 weeks 5 days.  The tech thinks my doctor will send me for another one in a week or so to make sure there is a heartbeat.  I should find out this afternoon at my appointment.
