yard sale ?

so i've been mentally toying with the idea of selling all my baby stuff this summer. since i will require winning the lotto for me to have another and if that happens i would just buy all new stuff- lol!

i thought i'd give the yard sale a go then whatever is left try craigs list. my mom mentioned to me yesterday that she wants me to create a flyer for all her neighbors to get thoughts on doing another block sale- last years was pretty successful. she suggested doing it in september while i countered with june- which would be better?
