Moving to Albany Area from CT

Hi, I am moving to Guilderland, NY from CT in a month with no contacts up there. Ihave a 29 mo. old son and an 8 week old daughter. I need a pediatrician for both. Does anyone have one to recommend within a half hour of Guilderland? Also, my son is speech delayed and I need to get him therapy up there. Does anyone have a good therapist/pathologist to recommend? Thanks so so much!
