What temp do you call the pedi?

Paul's fever spiked to 104.3 last night, but came down a little with Tylenol & taking his PJs off. I didn't even think to call the dr because it did go down (to 102.7) and while he was fussy he was acting generally ok. It has been hovering in the 101's today (w/ Tylenol).

A friend of mine said I should have taken him to the hospital.Her dr said to call if it over 103.

Just curious- what is your pedi's protocol?

(FWIW our pedi's website says to call if it is over 104 for 2 hours)
