uneven boobs!

My boobs were always uneven (left bigger than right) but lately I've noticed that there is a HUGE difference..about 2 cup sizes if I had to guess.  My right boob has always produced less milk and is producing even less now.  For 2nd time Mom's, did your boobs go back to the normal size they were after you stopped BFing your first?  I am just hoping my left goes back to being just slightly bigger than my right, I plan on weaning my DD around 12 months.
