Major Blow: BG 4.0

Hello,

 Just had a major poop blow out the legs of the BG 4.0. The diaper was stuffed with original microfiber insert that came with the diaper plus 1 extra microfiber insert that came with my fuzzi bunz. I thought my days with blowouts were done once I switched to cloth . . .

 Could it be that the double stuffing made the fit not as tight around the legs? Any ideas on what I could have done differently? Would using velcro instead of snaps fix this problem (not sure since it came out the legs not the waist)?
