my supply is dropping :(

with being sick since sunday my supply has taken a huge  dip.  i feel like sophie is so fussy when i try to feed her.  I only have 4 bottles of frozen milk in the freezer.  i need to get back to normal and then some. if i don't it looks like she will be on formula before the end of the week
