new to cding--stains?

My dd is 3 weeks old and yesterday was our first day cding.  We are using the FLIP system.  I ebf, and I am wondering if bm poop stains.  I hadn't really thought about this before, but we had a blowout with the sposies and I noticed when I was folding laundry yesterday that the white onesie she was wearing when the blowout occurred was still was stained.  Does this mean my inserts will be stained?  I just don't know what to expect.
