Prefold users and nighttime solution

If you use prefolds, do you use them at night too? Do you put some sort of natural fiber in the cover? How do you do it?

I'm really curious, because I think I'm going to bring only prefolds with me on a trip I'm taking soon. Last time I traveled with my pockets, it took up a ton of space. I don't mind using prefolds if my alternative is disposables. Not to mention, I will have to probably use the hotel laundry.

I'm sort of scared to try it at night at home, but I think I could make it work. Right now I only have to use one hemp insert and one microfiber in a pocket, with the hemp folded up a bunch at the front, since I have a tummy sleeper.
