Motrin under 6 mos?

Ugh, I hate to complain on here about one of my babes.....I really try and keep that off here. However I have a WWYD.....

Baby A came this a.m. and had Mortin in her bag. A note in her book states that she had it at 3am because she wasn't sleeping well and cranky. She has 4 mos vaccines on Saturday and is "teething". It was written that her infant tylenol didn't have dosage for under 2. Um, the Mortin doesn't have dosage for under 6 mos but that didn't matter for some reason.

I know they say no Mortin under 6 mos, but I am not remembering why. I have no plans to give it to her today, but WWYD? Say something to mom and supply her with a dosage chart for Tylenol? Just not say anything? Give her an appropriate dose of Tylenol if I think she needs it (I would text mom with a brief note)?
