If you make your own wipe solution

What "recipe" do you use?

We've been buying honeychunks foamer.  It works well, but I don't love the smell and it's kind of expensive.  I have a little spray bottle of wipe spray from homestead baby that I actually like much better, but again, it's expensive so I'd rather just make my own.
