Refurbishing BG 3.0s?

I just saw an ad in my local paper for 8 BG 3.0 diapers for $36. They just need the aplix replaced and some of the elastics. They come with the original inserts plus extras. This seems like a good deal but I'm not sure how long it will take me to fix them up. I am a Home Ec teacher and know my way around a sewing machine.

If you have done this before, how long did it take you?
