I was told at my regular appt today that I have to cut out sugar (including eat vege instead of fruit!) I've been coughing and full of phlegm with a couple stops on my walk this morning so I could puke in the snow.

Apparently my ute is measuring a tad big, but I'm still hardly showing so wtf?! I can't wait to go home and sleep!
