Nanny share?

We're thinking about the possibility of taking Lucy out of her current daycare and trying to do a nanny share with 1-2 other families in our area.  I have no idea where to start though.  I don't have any other families lined up and I don't have a nanny lined up.

Has anyone done this before?  Or even just the nanny part?  I'd love any advice you have!  Also, I'm wondering if we do a share, if the cost will be comparable to what we pay for her current daycare.  We're willing to pay a little bit more, but can't afford a nanny on our own.
