Baby Shower Locations????

I am trying to help my hostess find a location for my baby shower. We don't know anyone that has a house or living room big enough to comfortably fit about 30 people. I am looking for a place preferably in or near St. Paul, but a northern or eastern suburb is okay because that's the direction the guests are coming from. My hostess can't afford anything expensive and we want to be able to bring our food (not catered). If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Also, it's a March shower so it will probably still be too cold to hold it outside.
