Newborn size clothing?

How much clothing did you have in Newborn sizes for when baby was born?

With the boys we used preemie and newborn sizes for quite a while, but I don't know what to expect with a bigger baby. I have a few sleepers and one "coming home" type outfit in Newborn size. Most of what I have is 0-3 months...that should be good right?
