DD hates wearing shoes

The first time I tried putting shoes on DD was when we were taking our X-Mas card pics.  She cried and shook her foot until the shoe came off.  We tried a shoe on her in Target the other day and she freaked out again!  Our pedi told us that it's ok for her to be barefoot (or just in socks) inside when she's learning to walk, but what about when she's actually walking and has to be outside?  I guess we just have to keep trying...
