Day care options in Jefferson County?

My husband and I recently moved to Jefferson County and we are three months pregnant. We are starting to look at day care options because we just don't know what's out there! I thought I would ask if any one is in the Jefferson County area, what you have found or use for day care. Both my husband and I work in Washington, DC so we have quite the commute... but we are hoping to work from home two or three days a week - meaning we would only need day care for two or three days.

Any input/ideas are welcome!! Thanks!!
