4 year old shots/lead test

I am on the verge of freaking out..

On the preschool board, some people were saying their kids got 4 shots and a lead test at the 4 year visit.

I know it's a long shot since most of you ladies have younger kids... but does anyone else know what happens at the 4 year visit?  I am asking on this board specifically because of the lead test.  Also, was it a blood draw or a finger p.r.i.c.k?  (sorry, that gets censored otherwise)

My DD didn't get a single shot at her 3 year old visit and she totally flipped out, so I am a little panicky as to how she would handle that much.
