antibiotics suck

i though they were supposed to make you feel better? my shin/ankle is still swollen and the directions say take on a empty stomach, but first thing in the morning stomach seems to be a little too empty as that makes me extremely nauseous. then i'm supposed to wait 2-3 hours to eat! guess i'm on the antibiotic diet now!
