first ST session

wasn't much, met the therapist, she seems nice. she was late, called and said there had been some emergency at her last appt. but when she did arrive she did stay for about 30 min and we discussed M, what he does and doesn't do and what we want him to be doing. she said that at his age she'll mostly play with him and reinforce vocabulary. she said the 1st few sessions will mostly be the 'get to know you' kind. the whole time M played the 'i'm going to hang out in the room that you are not in' game, so we just wandered after him and talked. we'll see how it goes.
