Holy Vag Pain!

I've read from some of you about the oh so illusive "lightning crotch" from the baby kicking from the inside, but I am experiencing pain as if someone repeatedly kicked me from the outside.  It's usually when I get up in the middle of the night or morning to pee for the 8,000th time, or when I get home from work (which requires a lengthy commute on my feet).  I'm thinking it's having something to do with being in one position for too long because it goes away shortly after I have repositioned and moved around.   Anyone else experiencing this?
