not sure what to do

My mom is throwing me my baby shower.  I teach and coach cheerleading and track, so the next few months until school is out are a little busy.  My DH and I talked about it, and we agreed that one shower would be best for our schedule.  He told his mother about it, and his mom and aunt were fine with not having a second shower (like they insisted on having for our wedding, so they didn't have to drive 45 minutes to the one my mom and MOH were having).  Now, they are mailing me things (like shower invitations and plates and napkins and thank you's) for the shower.  They really aren't my style- my mom and I had already looked at some things and picked a few out.  I don't want to come across as rude, but I'd like to use the things my mom and I picked out for the shower.  Is this ok to say to my MIL? - "That is so sweet that you and (the aunts) sent me some things for the shower, but my mom and I have already picked out a theme and those products for the shower"
