Getting to Know Other Moms w/Kids

Most of my friends don't have kids yet. I'd like to find a way to meet local moms with LOs close to my daughter's age. It'd be nice to have another Mom to talk to and to have a little friend for my daughter.

What are some of the things that you guys are doing to do this?
