Our good friends from college are coming into town tomorrow morning. I just found out that one of them stayed home from work because she was sick this week. She went to work today (Friday), so I guess she's feeling better, but I don't know if I should be worried about her being around/holding my daughter, who is 1 month old.

Also, we are supposed to go over to another friend's house on Saturday night and bring the baby with us. This friend stayed home from work a couple days this week due to the flu.

I got the flu shot while pregnant and I'm breastfeeding. I know that can help make the baby immune to the flu and other viruses, but is it enough? How would you handle this situation?
