Sleeping in the crib...advice needed!

My LO is almost 3 weeks old now and DH and I decided it's time to get her to start sleeping in her crib. When I put her in there though, she seems...overwhelmed by all the space. I tried swaddling and not swaddling her, putting her in there still somewhat awake and when she's totally passed out. But it usually ends up with her screaming after 10-15 minutes after being in there. Does anyone have any suggestions? We could really use some! TIA!
