When DD was diagnosed with acid reflux, the only advice the pedi gave us was to give her the prescribed zantac three times/day. The more I read, the more I realize I should probably be doing other things - so here are a few questions:

1. How do you incline the baby's mattress? Just towels underneath? How much of an incline should I use? (We have an RnP, but she will not sleep in it).

2. LO often falls asleep nursing - how do you keep your LO upright after feedings?

3. Should I try to prop DD up a little while she's eating? We BF, so she's level on the boppy now.
