Cute ways to announce pregnancy on Skype?

So I just found out today that we are pregnant with #2.  My family lives all over the country, so I'll be announcing it by Skype.  I was thinking of getting together a "family Skype" this Sunday in honor of father's day, so I don't have much time.  Any suggestions for cute ways to announce pregnancy this way?
