Opinions - co-ed shower or not?

Hi ladies,

My boss, who is also a good friend, is throwing me a shower.  The plan is to invite work people and some other friends from in town.  My boss is asking me if I want to invite everyone or make it more of a classic just-women shower (I tried to say I'm happy to do either, but she wants me to pick).  I work in a small office of a law firm, and all the guys in our office are attorneys over the age of 50 (4 of them, picture typical older white men).  So I'm not sure if inviting them will just make them feel like they need to come and will hate it.  I also get very mixed opinions from husbands of friends on co-ed baby showers.  I also feel like omitting the men means less people and thus a cheaper shower.  DH is not being helpful one way or the other.     

Any thoughts or opinions? TIA!
