Acne - will it ever get better??

I thought my acne was bad during Clomid and then IVF stims, but since the bfp it's gotten steadily worse!  I'm 11 weeks and feel like every pore on my face is a pimple (or about to be).  Literally nothing has helped at all.  We are going to a wedding this weekend, and between the first tri bloat and my face, I am kind of dreading it. 

Does the acne ever improve, or is this it for the rest of pregnancy?

The last thing I am going to try is witch hazel. Fortunately I got some great new makeup from Origins that helps cover a little, but I hate feeling "made up."   

I hate to complain after all we have all been through - I feel pretty good otherwise and it is totally 10000 times worth it, but I just need to vent!
