Question from IF

Trying to stay realistic here while also being positive.

I am 4dp5dt today.  Beta is on 4/18 (lightyears away!).

I'm curious if any of you had perfect blasts transferred but didn't get pregnant and what that reason was (if you know it).

I keep telling myself that everything went perfectly so there's no reason this isn't going to work, but I'm sure there are instances where it doesn't.  Any stories would be appreciated so I can keep my hopefulness in check.
