Does anyone else itch really bad at the injection sites?

I've been on PIO for about 10 weeks now. The first 6 or 7 weeks is just hurt a little and bruised. Now I don't really bruise much and I'm used to the pain. But now the injection spots get really lumpy and itch like crazy. I asked my RE nurse last week and she said to maybe try a little aloe lotion or hydrocortison cream on it, but it isn't helping!

Is this normal, if so what do you do to help with the itching? Or should I be calling my Dr?
